Charlie Hunter at Sycamore, Brooklyn March 24th

Charlie Hunter plays a very special guitar. At Sycamore, Brooklyn he had a 7 string guitar, custom made...look closly at the tuners, count them..then look at the frets..notice how they flare out near the high notes....but what is more amazing than his custom guitar (which is quite beautiful) is how he can play lead, bass line and rhythm often at the same time...last night we heard a treat at Sycamore.
